VocalistEach Musician is placed into a wave. Each wave determines your contact priority. When an event is booked by the PlayByHeart On-Site Coordinator she will contact Wave 1 first to find musicians. If all positions are not filled within 10 hours, Wave 2 will then be contacted. Wave 3 will be contacted within 15 hours. All waves are paid equally with the exception of the first performance of Wave 3.Wave 1: 5 sucessful performances with PBH or 3 sucessful performances with PBH & 1 PBH referalWave 2: 3 sucessful performances with PBH or 1 sucessful performance with PBH & 1 PBH referalWave 3: New HireIf a PBH Musician refers a client to the company, that musician can earn bonus points and cash! If that client books an event that musician recieves a $25.00 and 5 points. Any referal that is not booked will earn the musician 1 point. Once the musician earns 50 points he/she will also recieve a $50.00 bonus! *The PBH Musician does not have to be present at an event to earn bonuses.Please email your events and gigs to Rachel at rachelann@playbyheart.
