A first year graduate student studying Vocal Pedagogy and Vocal Performance at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, N.J. She studies voice with Laura Brooks Rice and coaches with JJ Penna, Susan Ashbaker and Marc Verzatt. Hope received her BM in Vocal Performance from Westminster choir College in 2008. Hope has been seen in the role of Soeur Valentine in Dialogue des Carmélites with the Westminster Opera Theater, Arabella in scenes from Arabella with the Westminster Opera Workshop, Tessa in The Gondoliers with the Princeton Amateur Society, Donna Anna in scenes from Don Giovanni in Florence, Italy, Mimi in scenes from La Boheme and Donna Elvira from Don Giovanni while participating in the CoOperative program, and The vocal soloist in Monkey King: Journey to the West in the Spoleto Festival USA. A sought after soloist, Hope has sang solo at Lincoln Center, NJPAC, at Shea Stadium for the NY Mets and various churches and venues along the east coast. Hopes discography includes her as a featured soloist on the Teaching Choirs Through Performance CD with the Westminst er Williamson Voices under the direction of Dr. James Jordan. Upcoming engagements include playing Mabel in The Pirates of Penzance with the East End Gilbert and Sullivan Players and participating in the prestigious CoOperative program in Princeton, N.J. Hope has placed in NJ NATS for five years in a row and most recently, Hope was awarded the Encouragement Award from the Metropolitan Opera Council Auditions.
